Paul Haynes, AIA

Paul is an architect and nationally recognized designer specializing in museum facilities and interactive exhibit environments. As President of InterActive Group he leads the firm’s exhibit development and consulting services. Paul is a strong advocate of dynamic education settings combining visitor-friendly spaces with compelling exhibit content. He brings his broad experience as a museum architect and exhibit designer to the unique needs of museums in reaching and serving their audiences with hands-on learning.

Prior to founding InterActive Group, Paul headed Haynes + Associates Architects, specializing in services for museum, visitor and cultural facilities. His architectural work encompasses numerous museum projects, including the renovations of the National Gallery of Art in Washington, DC and the Historic New Orleans Collection.

A frequent presenter at museum conferences, Paul focuses on informing museum professionals about strategies for hands-on learning initiatives. He is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

Elliott Sigman

As Exhibit Designer and Project Coordinator, Elliott leads the design and development of exhibit shells and is responsible for fabrication documents. He combines his skills in digital modeling with a strong desire to create visitor-friendly experiences. Elliott strives to create effective educational environments that engage visitors and further learning. His eye for good design and attention to detail ensure a high quality experience for visitors. Elliott is a graduate of the Knowlton School of Architecture at the Ohio State University. 

Sarah Cronin

As an Exhibit Designer at InterActive Group, Sarah leads the development of graphics and multimedia content. She uses her skills to help create educational, interactive exhibits that strive to get all visitors excited about learning. Sarah is invested in combining her design and communication talents to turn content into compelling stories that appeal to visitors in a new way. Sarah is a graduate of the Knowlton School of Architecture at the Ohio State University. 

Kelsey Swarthout

Working as an Exhibit Designer, Kelsey focuses on exhibit planning, content research, and graphic development. She utilizes her skills in digital design to create innovative  solutions to enhance the overall visitor experience. From initial planning and concept diagrams, to final graphic details, Kelsey is able to apply her knowledge of design to all aspects of a project. Kelsey is a graduate of the Knowlton School of Architecture at the Ohio State University.
